Summary/Objective

The Event Coordinator is responsible for the growth and support of Community Auctions as the main client of Community Connect Marketing Inc.  The primary focus is increasing the dollar amount of proceeds raised for the charities involved in their portfolio.

Responsible for

    1. Being the primary contact between Community Auctions, and the hosting business locations.
    2. Coordinating with the charity liaison in getting the expected work done.
    3. Ensuring the charities are obtaining the highest return on investment of their time by building long term relationships with the most productive businesses hosting a table.

  2. Continual effort to increase or improve the number and quality telephone contacts made each day personally and for the assigned team.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to touch or hold, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position at $13.35 hourly, and also a commission based on the total dollar amount raised each week from their individual portfolio.  The commission is earned if we have collected the minimum requirement in revenue during the week.

Hours worked will be dictated by the needs of the company.

  • Travel: Travel is expected for this position.
  • Required Education and Experience: None required for this position
  • Preferred Education and Experience: Customer service, sales, research
  • Additional Eligibility Qualifications: None required for this position.
  • Work Authorization/Security Clearance: Must be eligible to work in the United States

Summary/Objective

A bid fulfiller is responsible for the growth and support of Community Auctions as the main client of Community Connect Marketing Inc.  The primary focus is increasing the dollar amount of proceeds raised for the charities involved in their portfolio.

Responsible for

    1. Being the primary contact between Community Auctions, and the consumers that have bid on items.
    2. Ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
    3. Maintaining a portfolio 4 week rolling average above 51%.
