The Miracle Ride Foundation, Inc. is a 501 (c) (3) not-for-profit organization that is now celebrating our 27th year. Last year, we were able to donate $250,000 to Riley Hospital for Children and approximately 6.8 million dollars since we began.  The foundation is made up of a board, a director and more than 250 volunteers who are motorcycle enthusiasts from many different backgrounds. We all share a great passion for keeping children healthy. We believe that helping to fund Riley Hospital for Children is the best way to demonstrate that shared belief. Put it all together and you have one of the nation's largest and longest running motorcycle charity events. The Miracle Ride Foundation welcomes all motorcyclists and powersports enthusiasts regardless of brand to all Miracle Ride events!

Riding past Riley is the biggest reason why our Miracle Ride Riders participate year-after-year.  Every child who is well enough and wants to participate are outside with their families as the bikers rumble past.  There are children out there wearing surgical masks and all you can see are their eyes. but you can still tell that they are grinning from ear-to-ear.  There are kids out there in wheelchairs and there are kids who are holding onto their portable IV stand with one hand and waving at the bikers with their other hand. Even the “toughest biker in the world” cannot make it past that point without tearing up.

Riley is the only hospital in Indiana dedicated to providing comprehensive care to seriously ill and critically injured children. Many of the services provided by the hospital are outside the typical revenue stream and must be funded exclusively by donations. By directing the revenues raised by the Miracle Ride to Riley Hospital, participants in the event can be certain that their money is going to a cause with statewide reach that assists all children with a wide range of illnesses and injuries

Due to the pandemic, we were unable to hold our annual weekend event this year, which drastically reduced our ability to generate donations for Riley Hospital.  Therefore, our cherished relationship with Community Auctions has helped us tremendously in continuing our mission. So, “thank you”, Community Auctions, for helping the Miracle Ride Foundation continue to help Riley Hospital for Children heal their sick kids.  Personally, I cannot think of a worthier cause.
