RETURN POLICY

IMPORTANT: Community Auctions offers products both online and at our physical table locations.  Due to the nature of Authentically Autographed Memorabilia our Online Authentic Item Purchase Returns must adhere to more detailed policies. Please review the Return Policy information below based on where you made your purchase.

SILENT AUCTION TABLE LOCATION RETURNS

100% Satisfaction Guarantee.  Thank you for your patronage of our Silent Auction Tables in support of Local Charity. Your satisfaction is our top priority, if you are not completely satisfied with your Silent Auction Table purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within thirty (30) days for a full refund, store credit or exchange. Please see the Return Process Information below for more information.

ONLINE AUTHENTICATED ITEM AUCTION SALES

Your satisfaction is our top priority as we strive to offer excellent Customer Service to our clients.  We will issue refunds on Online Auction Items, under certain conditions that have been legally (established by or recognized by a court of law) found to be fraudulent, or unauthentic.  Items are sold with the Certificate of Authenticity as described and items will not be refunded due to differing opinions of other companies, people, industry people, Authenticators and/or Authentication opinions.

ONLINE ITEM RETURN POLICY
30-Day Refund Resolution Policy except where exclusions apply.
List of Excluded Reasons:
1.  Varying or differing authentication opinions from that of item described & posted authentication.
2.  Item not received on time.

All online items are sold in “as is” condition.  A limited guarantee is offered with regards to the following: all hand signatures are guaranteed authentic. Weight, size, estimated value, origin, grade, quality, age, condition, rarity, and importance, are not guaranteed for any item. All sales are final unless a gross error on description has been made. Any disputes must be made within thirty (30) days of receiving the item. No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Community Auctions. Community Auctions will not refund above and beyond the original costs.  Any additional charges incurred by the winning online bidder, including appraisals, insurance, return shipping, etc. will not be covered by any refund.

RETURN PROCESS INFORMATION

RETURN TIME FRAME
ALL returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

RETURN SHIPMENT AUTHORIZATION
To return an item, please email customer service at info@communityauctions.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
