Return Period: You may return your purchase to us within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.
Return Process: Please adhere to the following steps for a smooth return process:
- Obtain Authorization: Contact us to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
- Packaging: Pack the items securely to prevent any damage during transit.
Exclusions:
- All sales of vacation packages are final and non-refundable.
- For bulk item orders exceeding $1000, all items must be returned in good condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping costs may apply.
