Return Period: You may return your purchase to us within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for a full refund, store credit, or exchange.

Return Process: Please adhere to the following steps for a smooth return process:

  1. Obtain Authorization: Contact us to obtain a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
  2. Packaging: Pack the items securely to prevent any damage during transit.

Exclusions:

  • All sales of Authentic Items, and Vacation Packages are final and non-refundable.
  • For bulk item orders exceeding $1000, all items must be returned in good condition to qualify for a refund. Shipping costs may apply.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes regarding your purchase must be raised within thirty (30) days of receiving the item.

Refund Limitation: Please note that refunds will not exceed the original purchase amount.
