Ten-year old Lauren was diagnosed with cancer just as COVID-19 began to spread. As the world began to lock down around Lauren and her family, the immense hope and joy of her wish became more important than ever.

"It means a lot to us that she gets to do this," said Lauren's mom, Erica. "It's just amazing how everyone came together for a little girl they don't even know." 

Lauren’s community stepped up in a big way to make sure her shopping spree wish was perfect. A local store gifted Lauren new bedroom furniture, and another opened its doors before hours so she and her family could enjoy a safe, stress-free wish day.
